As we get older we tend to get less physical activity, not because we don’t want to get out there and get moving, but because we struggle to find the time. There are more commitments, responsibilities, and people to take care of. At the end of the day and the beginning of the day, we are just plain tired. It can be hard to muster enough energy to put on your sports bra and sneakers and actually get out there and move. I get it! But if you can find enough energy to get physically active, you will find that you have more energy to get you through the rest of the day. If you can keep this up for a couple of weeks, you will find that you’re actually craving to work out because you feel so good afterwards. I encourage you all to get out there and move. Have some fun! Go to SkyZone and jump on trampolines like a kid, ride your bike, go for a good walk at the end of the day, swim, dance, and sweat! Below are some of my favorite physical activities that helps me feel strong, confident, and keeps me smiling.

2. Yoga (Inspiration: Rachel Brathen)
3. Swimming (Photo: Live Lokai)
4. Dancing (Inspiration: Julianne Hough)
