Life is too short to miss out on the natural beauty of the world.
When you’re done reading this post, shut off your computer, put on your sneakers and go for a walk. Bring your smart phone or a regular camera and just start taking pictures of the beauty that you see around you. Something as simple as this has so many wonderful benefits.
To name a few…
- This will give you a chance to be mindful and lose track of time for a little while.
- It counts as you time.
- The creative process of taking photos of nature can be therapeutic and might be the inspiration you’ve needed this week.
- Sometimes stopping to smell the roses, or any flower, can be just the sort of thing to uplift your mood so you can finish the rest of your day in peace.
- You can look back on these photos when you’re in a stressful situation and be reminded of the happy state you were in when you took them.
