Everyone always says how it’s important to take care of yourself if you want to be a good wife, mom, girlfriend, employee, and so on. They are right! If you want to prevent yourself from going crazy, having a short fuse, and just being all around stressed out, please please PLEASE take time out of your week for yourself. Do something that makes you happy.
One of my favorite ways to relax and take my mind off of things is to color – yep, I’m an adult with coloring books. Can you say Disney princess coloring books? Yes! I also love to do puzzles, cryptograms, take aromatic baths, plug in the twinkle lights, light a soy candle, and if I can splurge, get a massage.
