Now that spring is in the air, I’m thinking of getting a hair cut and trying different hairstyles to flow nicely with this easy-breezy weather.
I’ve collected some styles that are on point with what I want, as well as some best practices when it comes to hair.
Hair Cut: This style would be perfect for me as my hair tends to get scraggly the longer it is, and it definitely has more body and wave when it’s shorter. It seems like the perfect style to start Spring 2016 with. (Photo via Harper and Harley)
Hairstyle: I’m loving this half-up knot, which would be perfect for the cut above. (Photo via Treasures and Travels)
Hairstyle: This style is also cute! (Photo via Her New Tribe)
Hair Accessory: I tend to put my hair in a ponytail most of the time, so this ponytail cuff would be a nice way to spice it up a notch. (Photo via Bydie)
Hair Care: This looks like a great DIY recipe for dry shampoo, and I also like that it doubles as a volumizer. (Photo and recipe via Beauty By Britanie)
Hair Treatment: Coconut oil spray would be a great leave-in conditioner and would help tame any frizzies and minimize breakage. This recipe also calls for lavender which not only would make your hair smell good, but would help keep your scalp in good health. (Photo and recipe via The Indian Spot)
What hairstyles are you thinking of trying this season? Do you have any accessories or treatments you recommend?
