Cravings are only in our minds. If we ignore them and move on, they will quickly be forgotten.
When I’m at the grocery store checking out and the candy is just taunting me, I repeat these words over and over in my head to get me through it. I then leave the store and soon, whatever I was craving is forgotten.
It’s all in our minds. If we are thinking about the junk food, then we want it, but if we learn to overcome those thoughts, the cravings will go away.
